Mary Carter Martin -The Lowenbaum Partnership, L.L.C.  Handles all facets of employment law, including employment discrimination claims under  the FMLA Title VII, ADA, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, FLSA, and law claims for wrongful discharge.

 

Bettye Lynn - Lynn, Pham & Ross, L.L.P.  Founding partner in the law firm of Lynn, Pham, & Ross, LLP in    Ft. Worth, Texas.  She is an exceptional and effective  labor attorney and a unique leader among those experts who have promoted sound human resources practices within the best principles of public administration.  Bettye has been a regular speaker at NPELRA, TxPELRA and many other organizations.   

 

Alisa Warren - Executive Director, MO Commission on Human Rights  Newly appointed,  Ms. Warren has a long track record of commitment to diversity and inclusion.  She has coordinated and trained hundreds of people on issues related to diversity, housing, discrimination, employment and education.

 

Steve Vanderhoff  - Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR)  Program Support Specialist working as a full time support staff member to support the mostly volunteer organization for the MO Committee for the Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve since April 2004 while serving as a Colonel in the Missouri Army National Guard.  As a trained ombudsman he mediates conflicts in the workplace caused by employee membership in the MO National Guard.

 

Ernestine Gage - Executive Director of Twelve Starz Foundation which benefits underprivileged youth.  She is an inventor a writer and a motivational speaker, certified in Yan-Koloba.  A graduate of St. Louis University, she recently retired from the State of MO after

devoting 27 years to developing, implementing and being a pioneer for Human Resources issues.

 

Jim O’Connor - Retirement Plan Advisors

Founding principal and Chief Financial Officer of Retirement Plan Advisors.  He is also the firm’s

Financial Operations Principal.  His responsibilities include the oversight and management of the firm’s comptroller, compliance officer, business processing unit, commissions and licensing areas.

 

Ivan Schraeder - The Lowenbaum Partnership,

L.L.C.  Specializes in employment law with concentration on labor & employment law, administrative law, municipal law and advises not for profit organizations.  He serves as general counsel for MO Association of Counties and MO Police Chiefs Association.
